2 bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup applesauce, lite
3 tablespoons molasses
1 egg
Directions
  1. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
