Yummy hot crab dip, .25 cup serving size

Ingredients
3/4 cup low fat sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
8 oz neufchatel cheese
2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
14 oz crabmeat
Directions
Mix ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.
