My grandpa always made the best chocolate mousse! It's very dark, and heavy, and incredibly good. Make sure that your eggs are very fresh - the fresher they are, the better your mousse.

Ingredients

eggs |
| 200 |
g dark chocolate |
| 200 |
g sugar |
| 200 |
g butter |
Directions
- separate the eggs
- beat the whites
- mix the egg yellow with sugar and beat for a minute
- add the dark chocolate and butter to the egg mixture
- mix well
- add the eggwhite to the chocolate mixture
- pour into glasses
- put in the freeze for at least 2 hours
