| 28 | oz crushed tomatoes |
| 15 1/4 | oz Del Monte Fiesta Corn |
| 1 | tsp garlic, minced |
| 3 | tbsp chili powder |
| 1 | tsp onion powder |
| 1 | tbsp jalapenos, chopped |
| 2 | cups pinto beans, boiled without salt |
| 1 1/2 | cups water |
- Cook pinto beans.
- Warm Boca burger crumbles in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- Combine all ingredients into a pan and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Adjust spices to taste.
- Makes 7, 1 cup servings
