Quick Beef and Greens Skillet Recipe

Fat-Flush-friendly recipe.

Ingredients
8 oz brisket, canned or cooked
2 c swiss chard, chopped
2 c broccoli, florets
2 c cabbage, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 c beef broth
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
Directions
  1. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat. Saute onions until translucent.

  2. Add 1/2 c broth and bring to simmer. Add chard and simmer 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and cover tightly.

  3. Reduce heat and cover tightly. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
