| 8 | oz brisket, canned or cooked |
| 2 | c swiss chard, chopped |
| 2 | c broccoli, florets |
| 2 | c cabbage, chopped |
| 1 | onion, sliced |
| 1 | c beef broth |
| 1/2 | tsp granulated garlic |
- Spray skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat. Saute onions until translucent.
- Add 1/2 c broth and bring to simmer. Add chard and simmer 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and cover tightly.
- Reduce heat and cover tightly. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
