A Splenda substitute for 'Frosted Mini-Wheats' -- for breakfast (1 cup) or snacking (1/2 cup).

| 1/3 | cup Splenda |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons skim milk |
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees; line cookie sheet with foil.
- Spread cereal in single layer on pan.
- Measure Splenda powder into small plastic zip bag.
- Add milk 1/2 teaspoon at a time to make a thin icing; mix by massaging the plastic bag with fingers to get out lumps.
- Snip a tiny hole in corner of plastic bag.
- Slowly squeeze bag to drizzle icing over cereal, trying to get at least a dot on each square.
- Stir to coat evenly.
- Place pan in oven; turn off oven and leave until cool.
- Store in airtight container.
