Doc's Chili Recipe

Makes 12 servings


Biggest looser recepie that is great on cold days

Ingredients
600 g Jennie-O ground Turkey 1 package
320 g 2 cups onion
15 g 2 TBS Chili powder
5 g 1 TBS fresh oregano
1 g 1 teaspoom ground cumin
3 g 1 teaspoon ground yellow mustard
12 g 4 cloves garlic
455 g 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
455 g 1 can black eyed or white beans, drained and rinsed
854 g 2 cans tomato's no salt added
240 g 1 cup chicken broth fat free. 50% less sodium
Directions
brown your meat add in the onions and saute for about 5 min. add in all ingredients and let simmer. serve when ready
