Fluffy Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 stick butter, softened
2 tbsp. milk, divided
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Combine sugar, unsweetened cocoa, butter, 2 tablespoons of the milk and vanilla extract in medium bowl; beat at low speed until smooth, adding the remaining milk a few drops at a time as needed for spreading consistency. Increase speed to medium; beat 1 minute or until frosting is fluffy.

  2. Makes enough for 12 cupcakes.
