Mince and Carrots Recipe

Mince and carrots

Ingredients
1 onion
5 ml olive oil
250 ml stock, beef
300 g carrots
1/2 clove garlic
10 g cornflour
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
750 g beef, mince, lean, raw
8 g fresh parsley
60 ml red wine
Directions
  1. Fry off onions in oil

  2. Fry off mince

  3. Remove to casserole dish

  4. Add all other ingredients

  5. Cook in oven 180 degrees centrigrade for 2 hours
