| 1 | tbsp tomato ketchup |
| 750 | g beef, mince, lean, raw |
| 8 | g fresh parsley |
| 60 | ml red wine |
- Fry off onions in oil
- Fry off mince
- Remove to casserole dish
- Add all other ingredients
- Cook in oven 180 degrees centrigrade for 2 hours
