| 2 | tbsp. milk, divided |
| 1/2 | tsp. vanilla extract |
- Combine sugar, butter, 2 tablespoons of the milk and vanilla extract in medium bowl; beat at low speed until smooth, adding the remaining milk a few drops at a time as needed for spreading consistency. Increase speed to medium; beat 1 minute or until frosting is fluffy.
- Makes enough for 12 cupcakes.
