| 1/4 | cup diced onion |
| 3/8 | cup (1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp.) ketchup, divided |
| 1 | carrot, shredded |
| 1 | clove garlic, minced |
| 2 | tbsp. chopped fresh parsley |
| 1 | large egg |
| 3/8 | tsp. (1/4 tsp plus 1/8 tsp) salt |
| 1/4 | tsp. pepper |
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine beef, oats, onion, 1⁄4 cup of the ketchup, carrot, garlic, parsley, egg, salt and pepper in large bowl; stir to mix well. Transfer to prepared pan, shaping into 8x5-inch loaf. Spread remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup over top of loaf.
- Bake 45 minutes or until instant-read thermometer registers an internal temperature of 160°F. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
