Addapted from the "low-cal banana muffin recipie" I've removed the sugar and added some chocolate! Also edited for making smaller "failry cakes" instead of muffins.

Ingredients
| 110 |
g self raising flour |
| 1 |
tablespoon baking powder |
| 225 |
g bananas, mashed |
| 45 |
ml applesauce |
| 1 |
egg |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 30 |
g Milk Chocolate |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line trays with paper cases.
- Mix together flour and baking powder. Cut chocolate into chunks and add to the flour. In a separate bowl, beat together banana, egg and vanilla. Stir in the applesauce and vanilla. Stir banana mixture into flour until just combined. Spoon the mixture into prepared cake cases.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool before serving. For best flavor, place in an airtight container or bag overnight. (highly recomended otherwise the cakes tend to stick to the cases!)
