Spinach and egg quiche
| 1 | package of frozen spinach |
| 1 | tablespoon of olive oil |
| 3 | eggs |
| 3/4 | cup 2% milk |
| 1 | pie crust, whole wheat |
| 1 | cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
- Sautee spinach in olice oil and seasonings- basil, salt, pepper
- Spread shredded cheese on frozen pie crust
- Spread spinach on top of frozen pie crust
- Blend eggs and milk
- Pour on top of spinach
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until top of quiche is bouncy to the touch
