- 8g custard powder is my guess for 2 tsp.
- put powders in cup
- add evaporated milk and stir to a paste
- add milk and hot water stir
- microwave for 30s
- stir
- microwave for 20s
- stir
- microwave for 20s
- stir - it should have thickened up by now, if not keep repeating
- watch that it doesn't boil over.
