Quiche in a whole wheat crust

Ingredients
3 eggs
3/4 cup 2% Milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 package frozen spinach
1 pie crust, whole wheat
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Place frozen pie crust on top of cookie sheet for support. Spread cheddar cheese on bottom of crust. Put olive oil sauteed spinach on top of cheese. Blend milk and eggs with seasonings: garlic salt, basil, pepper. Pour on top of spinach.
