This is a great salsa for pita chips!
| 15 | oz black beans, rinsed/drained |
| 1 | cup mango, peeled/chopped |
| 1 | small red bell pepper |
| 1/4 | cup green onions, sliced (2-3 medium onions) |
| 2 | tbsp orange juice |
| 1 | tbsp red wine vinegar |
| 1/2 | tsp orange peel, grated |
- Dice all veggies to desired size and add to medium sized bowl.
- Stir in juice, vinegar, and orange peel.
- Chill and serve with tortilla or pita chips.
