Black Bean Mango Salsa Recipe

This is a great salsa for pita chips!

Ingredients
15 oz black beans, rinsed/drained
1 cup mango, peeled/chopped
1 small red bell pepper
1/4 cup green onions, sliced (2-3 medium onions)
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp orange peel, grated
Directions
  1. Dice all veggies to desired size and add to medium sized bowl.

  2. Stir in juice, vinegar, and orange peel.

  3. Chill and serve with tortilla or pita chips.
