Makes 2 servings

Slightly tart, mild flavor. Extremely green. You really can't taste the spinach.

Ingredients
25 g soybeans, whole powdered
1 banana
1 small granny smith apple
1/2 c organic milk, 1%
1/2 c plain nonfat yogurt
2 c raw spinach
Directions
  1. Peel banana. Core & slice apple.

  2. Put in blender, in this order: apple, soybean powder, banana, milk, yogurt, spinach.

  3. May need to scrape down the sides to achieve smoothness.

  4. Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with a green plastic drinking straw and a sprig of mint if you have it.
