Slightly tart, mild flavor. Extremely green. You really can't taste the spinach.
| 25 | g soybeans, whole powdered |
| 1 | banana |
| 1 | small granny smith apple |
| 1/2 | c organic milk, 1% |
| 1/2 | c plain nonfat yogurt |
| 2 | c raw spinach |
- Peel banana. Core & slice apple.
- Put in blender, in this order: apple, soybean powder, banana, milk, yogurt, spinach.
- May need to scrape down the sides to achieve smoothness.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with a green plastic drinking straw and a sprig of mint if you have it.
