Very very low calories yet you feel full. Great as a snack or a side to any meal!

Ingredients
8 mushrooms
1/4 cup marinara sauce
Directions
  1. Wash mushrooms really well. Chop them and mix with the marinara sauce well.

  2. Ready to serve cold.

  3. PS: Heat the marinara sauce before you mix with the mushrooms if you prefer it and serve it hot.
