Ingredients
1 egg
1/8 cup soymilk
1/8 cup cheese
1 tablespoon mushroom
1 tablespoon onion
Directions
  1. beat the soymil into the egg.

  2. Pour into the pan and cook.

  3. add mushroom and onion.

  4. Sprinkle cheese.

  5. fold sides of omelette over filling.
