Chicken and Stuffing Casserole Recipe

One dish meal, good for Potlucks and Sunday dinners.

Ingredients
16 oz. Pepperidge farm herb stuffing
14 oz. chicken stock
10 oz. cream of chicken soup
16 oz. low fat sour cream
3 lbs chicken breasts
Directions
  1. Stew chicken in stock until tender. Shred with forks.

  2. Place in the bottom of a baking dish and cover with stuffing.

  3. Mix stock, soup and sour cream, pour over Stuffing.

  4. Bake @ 375 for 35 - 45 minutes.
