Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup organic milk, nonfat
4 tablespoons ice (2 ice cubes)
2 tablespoons soybeans (from 1 scoop Trader Joe's organic whole soybean powder)
1 cup spinach
Directions
Stick it all in the Magic Bullet and zhjjt until smooth.
