Chocolate - Fruity Chocolate Bark Recipe

Pure decadence! Each serving is about an ounce of chocolate, plus some dried fruit.

Ingredients
1/2 cup dried raspberries
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup ginger, crystallized
1/2 cup dried currants
1/4 cup pecans, crushed (optional)
32 oz chocolate chips, semi-sweet
1/2 lb unsweetened chocolate
Directions
  1. Line cookie sheet with wax paper.

  2. Melt chocolate in double-boiler on the stove.

  3. Fold in fruit.

  4. Gently pour mixture onto cookie sheet.

  5. Allow to cool.

  6. Break into pieces. Store in airtight containers in cupboard, or freeze for longer lasting goodness.
