Pure decadence!
| 1/2 | cup dried raspberries |
| 1/2 | cup dried cranberries |
| 1/2 | cup ginger, crystallized |
| 1/2 | cup dried currants |
| 1/4 | cup pecans, crushed (optional) |
| 32 | oz chocolate chips, semi-sweet |
| 1/2 | lb unsweetened chocolate |
- Line cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Melt chocolate in double-boiler on the stove.
- Fold in fruit.
- Gently pour mixture onto cookie sheet.
- Allow to cool.
- Break into pieces. Store in airtight containers in cupboard, or freeze for longer lasting goodness.
