Chicken Kabobs Recipe

grilled chicken kabobs

Ingredients
4 ounce chicken breast
1/2 medium onion
1 medium red pepper
1 slice pineapple
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup white rice
Directions
  1. cut up veggies and chicken into bit sized chucks.

  2. Put on skewers, alternating items.

  3. grill for ten minutes on med-low heat until done.

  4. mix honey and soy sauce, brush onto kabobs 3 minutes before serving.
