| 1/2 | medium onion |
| 1 | medium red pepper |
| 1 | slice pineapple |
| 2 | teaspoons soy sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon honey |
| 1/4 | cup white rice |
- cut up veggies and chicken into bit sized chucks.
- Put on skewers, alternating items.
- grill for ten minutes on med-low heat until done.
- mix honey and soy sauce, brush onto kabobs 3 minutes before serving.
