| 1 | c raw baby spinach, chopped |
| 1 | c savoy cabbage, shredded |
| 1/2 | yellow sweet pepper, sliced |
| 1/2 | c endive, chopped |
| 1 | stalk celery, chopped |
| 2 | oz lime juice |
| 1 | tbsp flax oil |
| 4 | oz chicken breast |
| 1 | tbsp cilantro, chopped |
| 1 | cayenne to taste |
Mix all ingredients. Drizzle lime juice and flax oil over salad and sprinkle with cayenne.Categories
