Fat-Flush-friendly soup recipe.
| 8 | oz raw chicken breast, cubed |
| 4 | c chicken broth |
| 2 | cloves garlic, crushed |
| 2 | tsp ginger root, minced |
| 1/2 | carrot, julienned |
| 1/2 | head napa cabbage, shredded |
| 1 | stalk celery, sliced |
| 1 | onion, sliced thin |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 | tbsp cilantro, chopped |
| 1 | cayenne to taste |
- Simmer ginger and garlic in broth for 10 minutes. Add chicken and simmer until cooked through. Add carrot, celery and onion and simmer 10 minutes. Add cabbage and simmer 5 min.
- Beat egg and drizzle into simmering soup. Sprinkle with cilantro and cayenne and serve.
