Dad's bomb ass chili. Probably one of the most delicious things in the world. Good with saltines & cornbread. And probably red wine or a light to medium beer.

Ingredients
300 g beef (1 lb raw)
70 g onion (1 small)
9 g garlic (3 clove)
7 g olive oil tbsp
120 g red bell pepper (1)
125 g butter beans (1 can)
130 g pinto beans (1 can)
130 g kidney beans (1 can)
127 g white beans (1 can)
260 g tomatoes diced (2 can)
Directions
  1. Brown beef a bit.

  2. Ignore the olive oil, that was some stupid shit Tomo wanted because she doesn't trust me as a cook.

  3. Dump the garlic and the onins in there and sautee in the beef fat. Cook em up.

  4. Next bell peppers. These will cook quickly.

  5. Dump in beans, tomatoes. Let simmer.

  6. Add as much chili powder, hot sauce, black pepper, and (garlic) salt - in that order - as you like

  7. Enjoy a wonderful cold weather meal!
