Chicken Lemongrass Balls Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb chicken (200g boneless with skin )
1 tbsp yam(tom-yam -paste)
1 cup basil leaves ( optional)
1/2 cup lemongrass (2stalks of bottom white portion only)
1 onion (medium size)
Directions
  1. Chop the onion lemongrass and basil leaves in a Ford processor

  2. Add the chicken and they and paste mince the chicken place in a refrigerator for about an hour and make small round balls and cook in an oven for about ten to twelve minutes at 400°F
