Turkey Vegetable Chili Recipe

Hearty Turkey Chili - under 300 cals/large serving

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup grated carrot
3/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 cups frozen spinach
1 jalapeno pepper
492 g (Kuner's Southwestern) Chili Tomatoes Diced w/Chili Spices
15 oz Contadina Tomato Sauce
492 g (Hunt's) Diced Tomatoes in Sauce
1040 g (Kuner's Southwestern) Chili Beans in Chili Sauce
Directions
  1. Brown ground turkey with onions and garlic.

  2. Add Remaining vegetables and cook approximately 5 minutes.

  3. Add all canned ingredients and simmer for 45 min.-1 hr.
