Ingredients
3 cups brown rice, cooked
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
285 g frozen broccoli, chopped
3/4 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 large onion, chopped
Directions
  1. rinse rice twice in cold water

  2. cook rice with seasonings

  3. stir-fry vegetables

  4. combine with rice
