Loosely based on the Simple Greens recipe on Trader Joe's Southern Greens. Packs into 3 1.75 cup containers for lunches.

Ingredients

tsp olive oil |
| 4 |
cloves garlic |
| 1 |
lb greens |
| 28 |
oz diced tomatoes |
| 1/2 |
tsp marjoram |
| 1/4 |
tsp black pepper |
Directions
- Saute garlic in olive oil in large pot or wok.
- Add greens and cover. Stir occasionally until greens start to cook down.
- Add tomatoes and spices. Stir and cook until flavors blend.
