Beck's Egg and Bacon Rice Recipe

Makes 4 servings


a bit like special fried rice

Ingredients
200 g basmati rice
100 g smoked bacon
2 eggs
1 oz whole milk
10 g butter
Directions
  1. boil rice for 15 mins, drain.

  2. Fry bacon until sizzled

  3. pour in rice and butter then stir fry with the egg.

  4. Add chinese five spice for extra flavour
