Chickpeas in Tomato Sauce with Feta Recipe

My sisters receipe

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1 T dried oregano
6 tomatoes, peeled seeded and chopped
2 c cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3/4 c feta cheese
Directions
  1. Heat nonstick skillet over ned-high heat. When hot, add the onion, garlic and oregano. Reduce the heat to med-low and saute, stirring often, until the onion is soft, about 7 min.

  2. Add the tomatoes and stir until bubbly. Add the checkpeas and fet cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese melts, about 4 min. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 min.
