Using low fat ground beef, graham toast bread (4 slices), 1 egg, 1 tsp salt and an onion

Ingredients
400 g lean ground beef
90 g Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 onion
Directions
  1. Make breadcrumbs from the bread (4 slices should be enough)

  2. Finely chop the onion

  3. Combine meat, bread crumbs and onion, and add the egg

  4. Mix well with hands (also remembering to add salt and herbs if you want)

  5. Make little meatballs (33g each?) - there should be 20 of them

  6. Put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper

  7. Put in the oven at 200C for about 10 mins (or until brown and cooked and sizzling)

  8. Serve with vegetables
