.......... so meaty. The taco seasoning (cumin, paprika, and chili powder) is just my suggestion. You can make it without it, you can change the spices, or adjust the amount. This ratio is what worked for me :)
| 2 | cups broth |
| 1 | cup corn |
| 1 | cup tomatoes |
| 1/2 | lb. ground turkey breast |
| 1/2 | tsp cumin |
| 1/2 | tsp paprika |
| 1/2 | tsp chili powder |
| 1 | tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
- roughly chop 1 cups worth of tomatoes.
- sautee turkey breast on medium heat in oil until cooked thoroughly (about 4 minutes).
- combine ingredients and keep at medium heat until bubbling begins. turn down to low heat.
