Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Tasty veggie side dish

Ingredients
290 g brussels sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
Directions
Mix veggies with oil and garlic. Place under broiler for approximately 15 minutes, until tender and carmelized. Stir every 5 minutes to avoid burning. Can add onion as well.
