Grilled Yam

Makes 2 servings

This tastes Great !!!!!!

Ingredients
8 ounce Yam
4 tsp Splenda
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Margarine
Directions
  1. Warm up your grill and turn heat to med.

  2. Mix Splenda and Cinnamon together in small bowl.

  3. Silce Yams into 3/4 inch medaloions.

  4. Fan out Yam on aluminum foil.

  5. Place equal amounts of Margarine on Yams.

  6. Sprinkle Splenda/Cinnamon over yams.

  7. Wrap the yams tightly in the aluminum foil.

  8. Rotate the foil and wrap the yam again.

  9. Grill the yam for 15 min each side.

  10. Open foil carefully and enjoy.
