Ingredients
| 8 |
ounce Yam |
| 4 |
tsp Splenda |
| 2 |
tsp Cinnamon |
| 2 |
tbsp Margarine |
Directions
- Warm up your grill and turn heat to med.
- Mix Splenda and Cinnamon together in small bowl.
- Silce Yams into 3/4 inch medaloions.
- Fan out Yam on aluminum foil.
- Place equal amounts of Margarine on Yams.
- Sprinkle Splenda/Cinnamon over yams.
- Wrap the yams tightly in the aluminum foil.
- Rotate the foil and wrap the yam again.
- Grill the yam for 15 min each side.
- Open foil carefully and enjoy.
