I added this as a recipe because I hate adding each ingredient every morning.

Ingredients
1 english muffin - Thomas's light, multi-grain
1 serving cheese, Kraft 2% singles
1 tbsp Simply JIF creamp spread
Directions
  1. Cut muffin in half lengthwise

  2. Place sheese slice on one half and microwave for 15sec - until cheese melted.

  3. Spread peanut butter onto other half of muffin

  4. Eat and enjoy
