| 1/2 | cup olive oil |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 1 | cup water |
| 1/2 | cup white sugar |
| 1/4 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 4 | oz cocoa |
| 1/2 | cup pecans |
| 5 | tbsp Soy Protein Isolate |
- whisk wet ingredients.
- in separate bowl sift dry ingredients then add nuts.
- mix all together and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- allow to cool for 7 minutes then turn onto parchment to slice into 24 squares.
