Protein Brownies Recipe

Makes 24 servings


Less expensive than most protein bars.

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
4 oz cocoa
1/2 cup pecans
5 tbsp Soy Protein Isolate
Directions
  1. whisk wet ingredients.

  2. in separate bowl sift dry ingredients then add nuts.

  3. mix all together and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

  4. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  5. allow to cool for 7 minutes then turn onto parchment to slice into 24 squares.
