avocado bruschetta

Makes 5 servings

avocado bruschetta

Ingredients
2 avocados, cubed
2 roma tomatoes, sedded and diced
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
36 French baguette slices
Directions
  1. combine 1st ten ingredients in a bowl

  2. toss gently to combine

  3. cover and chill 2 hours

  4. combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, garlic and salt

  5. place bread slices on a baking sheet and brush evenly with olive oil mixture

  6. bake a 350 for 12 minutes

  7. cool

  8. top each toast with avocado mixture
