| 3/4 | c egg whites |
| 15 | g olives, green, chopped |
| 1 | roma tomatoe |
| 1 | leaf romaine lettuce |
| 1 | pita pocket, whole wheat |
| 1 1/2 | t olive oil |
- Cook eggs: Microwave on high for 1 ? to 2 minutes, until eggs are almost set. Remove from microwave and cover with plastic wrap; set aside.
- Fill pita with lettuce, olives and tomatoes.
- Cut cooked eggs into slices and add to pita.
- Drizzle sandwich with oil. Add salt and pepper as desired.
