White Chicken Chili Recipe

This is a quick and easy recipe. If you can chop an onion and shred some cheese, you can throw this one together. If you serve it to company, they'll swear you went to more trouble than you did.

Ingredients
1 large onion, diced
552 g canned chicken, drained & flaked
1350 g great northern beans, undrained
454 g salsa
227 g cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
  1. Combine first four items together in a large stew pot or dutch oven.

  2. Bring ingredients to a simmer.

  3. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes until onions just turn translucent.

  4. Add cheese slowly and melt thoroughly.
