| 1 | large onion, diced |
| 552 | g canned chicken, drained & flaked |
| 1350 | g great northern beans, undrained |
| 454 | g salsa |
| 227 | g cheddar cheese, shredded |
- Combine first four items together in a large stew pot or dutch oven.
- Bring ingredients to a simmer.
- Simmer for approximately 20 minutes until onions just turn translucent.
- Add cheese slowly and melt thoroughly.
