| 10 | ounces, cooked per recipe, from 1 pound freshly ground turkey breast (5220) |
| 1 | egg, slightly beaten |
| 1 | tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (91739) or Tamari |
| 1 | tablespoon Dijon mustard |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/2 | cup minced red onion |
| 1/4 | cup Parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 | cup minced parsley |
- Preheat broiler.
- In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Shape into patties and place on lightly oiled aluminum foil. Broil 6" from heat for about 4-6 minutes on each side. Burgers will turn whitish when cooked.
