| 4 | pork loin chops (10042) |
| 1/2 | cup chopped sweet onion |
| 1/2 | cup chopped green onions |
| 1/2 | habanero pepper, seeded |
| 2 | teaspoons fresh lime juice |
| 1 | teaspoon dried thyme |
| 3/4 | teaspoon ground allspice |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground nutmeg |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
- Combine onion, green onions, pepper. lime juice, thyme, allspice, nutmeg, and salt in a blender or food processor; cover and blend until mixture forms a moist paste.
- Coat pork on all sides with paste; cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Prepare coals or preheat broiler. Place pork on grill and cook until no longer pink, turning once.
