An okra side dish

Ingredients
3/4 lb. Okra, sliced
2 teaspoons oil
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 clove garlic, minced
1 chili pepper, sliced
1 small onion, thinnly sliced
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
Directions
  1. Heat oil

  2. Add onions, garlic, ginger, tumeric. fry till translecent

  3. Add okra and fry for ~3-5 minutes,

  4. Sprinkle with lime juice and corriander if desired
