Candy-like almond rocha, easy to make
| 1/2 | cup butter |
| 1 | tablespoon vanilla |
| 1 | cup brown sugar |
| 2 | cups chocolate chips |
| 35 | saltine crackers |
- Melt butter in small saucepan, then adddthe brown sugar and vanilla. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly.
- Romove from heat.
- Line a cookie sheet with tin foil(grease tin foil with a little Pam spray)
- Arrange crackers side by side on cookie sheet until its covered
- Pour butter/sugar/vanilla mixture evenly over crackers
- Place in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes
- Turn oven off
- Remove cooke sheet from oven and spread the choc chips over crackers
- Return to oven for a minute or two(just long enough to melt chips)
- Remove cookie sheet from oven and smear chocolate chips all over crackers
- Top with toffee chips
- Place in fridge or freezer to set
- Break into pieces and serve
