Cracker Rocha Recipe

Makes 25 servings


Candy-like almond rocha, easy to make

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
35 saltine crackers
Directions
  1. Melt butter in small saucepan, then adddthe brown sugar and vanilla. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly.

  2. Romove from heat.

  3. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil(grease tin foil with a little Pam spray)

  4. Arrange crackers side by side on cookie sheet until its covered

  5. Pour butter/sugar/vanilla mixture evenly over crackers

  6. Place in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes

  7. Turn oven off

  8. Remove cooke sheet from oven and spread the choc chips over crackers

  9. Return to oven for a minute or two(just long enough to melt chips)

  10. Remove cookie sheet from oven and smear chocolate chips all over crackers

  11. Top with toffee chips

  12. Place in fridge or freezer to set

  13. Break into pieces and serve
