These are cookies that were born out wanting to add extra flavor to my normal chocolate chip cookies.
| 1 1/4 | cups all purpose flour |
| 1 | cup whole wheat flour, preferably pastry |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 | ounces milk |
| 3 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 1/2 | cup unsalted butter |
| 1/2 | cup cream cheese |
| 1/4 | cup sugar |
| 3/4 | cup dark brown sugar |
| 1/2 | cup light brown sugar |
| 2 | cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |
| 1 | cup walnuts |
| 1 | cup miniature marshmallows |
- Preheat oven to 375, and grease a 16x8 pan
- Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugars in a large mixing bowl
- Add the milk, vanilla, and egg
- Combine the flours, salt, and soda in a bowl
- Slowly add flour combination to the sugars
- Mix until throughly combined
- Add the chocolate chips, walnuts, and marshmallows
- Put dough in pan and cook for about 35 minutes
