Corn Chowder Recipe

low-fat and delicious!

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
2 stalks celery
1 medium onion
16 oz corn
4 cups potato
2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
5 cups milk (1%)
4 tbsp flour
Directions
  1. melt butter and saute onion and celery.

  2. add water, salt, pepper, paprika and potatoes.

  3. Boil 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.

  4. Add corn.

  5. Place 1/2 cup milk in jar with lid and add flour and shake vigorously.

  6. Add to veggies-stir in remaining milk and cook, stirring until mixture thickens.

  7. enjoy!
