| 2 | tbsp butter |
| 2 | stalks celery |
| 1 | medium onion |
| 16 | oz corn |
| 4 | cups potato |
| 2 | cups water |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp paprika |
| 1/4 | tsp pepper |
| 5 | cups milk (1%) |
| 4 | tbsp flour |
- melt butter and saute onion and celery.
- add water, salt, pepper, paprika and potatoes.
- Boil 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Add corn.
- Place 1/2 cup milk in jar with lid and add flour and shake vigorously.
- Add to veggies-stir in remaining milk and cook, stirring until mixture thickens.
