Bethany's Tabbouleh Recipe

Makes 6 servings


Yummy lebanese salad. You can add mint if you like.

Ingredients
1 cup bulgur
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp pepper
1 dash salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup diced onion
Directions
  1. Add 1 1/4 cup boiling water to rest of ingredients.

  2. Mix and cover in fridge for at least 1 hour

  3. Fluff with fork and serve.
