| 1 | cup bulgur |
| 1 | cup fresh parsley, chopped |
| 1 1/4 | cup water |
| 1 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | dash salt |
| 2 | tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/4 | cup diced onion |
- Add 1 1/4 cup boiling water to rest of ingredients.
- Mix and cover in fridge for at least 1 hour
- Fluff with fork and serve.
