A simply fantastic sandwich that goes well with sparkling wine (or soda) and grapes. Note that we use french bread loaves, not sliced bread, but the system couldn't recognize them.
| 4 | french bread slices |
| 1 | tomato, sliced |
| 1 | medium onions, sliced |
| 4 | cups of escarole, chopped |
| 4 | anchovies |
| 4 | mozzarella slices |
| 8 | olives |
- Open the bread with your hands in the top opening
- Fill with the sliced onions and tomatoes
- Fill with the olives and chopped escarole
- Put an anchovy on the top, and cover it with the cheese slice
- Put some salt on the top, if you like, and bake for 5 or 10 minutes.
